RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Customer loyalty is most important to us. We understand the hassle in returning or exchanging products, so we have come up with a simple, 3-step process to facilitate your returns:

Step 1: Request an RMA# from our Customer Service Team. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing.

Step 2: Once you receive your RMA Document, ship your item(s) back to eBarcode.

Step 3: Your return will be processed upon receipt.
