assetTRAK provides an intuitive interface to manage physical assets including fixed and movable (check-in/ check-out) items. assetTRAK can be used in a standalone or shared environment. It uses a Microsoft SQL Server Database which allows for flexible data integration to and from other software programs.

assetTRAK offers three simple operating windows for the user. The Main database window is where detailed information about an asset may be entered, queried and viewed. A separate In/Out window shows current status and allows users to check-in/out movable assets. The Audit window allows for asset tracking or verification from single live barcode scans or a mobile batch operation.

assetTRAK uniquely offers an easy-to-implement method of issuing assets to authorized individuals, departments or projects. Movable assets are checked-in or out using the assetTRAK in/out window or via a barcode terminal, automatically generating historical data for on-screen or printed transaction reports.

Asset ID labels and tags can be created for items and locations from within the program. assetTRAK offers predefined templates which include a barcode and text on each label or tag that is printed. Alternative numbering or preprinted asset tags and labels can also be used.
