Works great, simple to use. Wish it had more features and report but its great for the price. Definitely the best scanner-software combo system out there.

Made Inventory Easy	December 30, 2008

Previously having to spend almost a week to do year end inventory counts and year end account took only half a day this year. My company's inventory counts are right on the money everytime. Then just print out the final report for our accounting dept and we were done. Instead of focusing on accounting and inventory we were able to focus on sales.

I agree with the pervious review, it was a little difficult to install the multi-user version but not that bad. Program runs fast on my computer, even when I have 4 people using it. I wish there were even more reports. The ones they have are pretty good but for you might want to use excel do make your own custom ones. I have been using this for 2 months without any downtime or tech problems.

I bought the advanTRAK system on a whim and I'm so thankful that I did. The 1st installation was a little tricky but no real problems (might have been something I did). Once I had it installed it so very easy to use. I scanned all my existing inventories and uploaded it to the software and I was up and running. I have a bunch of product that is very similar except for the color so having the images in there was pretty useful.

I've been looking at inventory solutions for over two years before I choose advanTRAK. The problem with inventory tracking software is that many of them that claim to work with 'any scanner' and its simple not true. But, for the half the cost of the other applications (and a tenth of the cost of a custom application), advanTRAK comes with the scanner and everything you need to get going. Setting it up on our network was a bit tricky but didn't' take too long. Its very easy to use, scan everything when it comes in, scan everything as you're boxing it up to ship it out, then sync it with the computer at the end of the day. I highly recommend this solution to any business that needs a simple and fast way to track inventory without breaking the piggy bank.

The software and scanner are very simple to use. advanTrak makes our inventory counts quick and painless. Shipping was really quick too!
